Kim Finger, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO
Dr. Kim Finger has spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of ABA and business.
From building operational infrastructure and helping ABA companies scale to advising owners through acquisitions and exits, Kim understands what makes an ABA practice valuable—and what it takes to successfully transition ownership.
She has successfully facilitated the sale of numerous ABA practices, guiding owners through every stage of the M&A process. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on both sides of a transaction, allowing her to help practice owners prepare for a sale, maximize the value of their business, identify the right opportunities, and navigate the transition with confidence.
With a deep understanding of the ABA industry and the business factors that drive value, Kim brings practical expertise and a proven track record to every transaction.
Kim is also the founder and owner of The Buddy Center, an ABA practice based in South Carolina and now expanding into Georgia. As an active ABA practice owner, she isn’t simply advising organizations from the outside—she is navigating the same operational, clinical, staffing, payor, financial, and growth challenges that ABA owners face every day. This hands-on experience gives Kim an inside understanding of what it takes to build, operate, grow, and sustain a successful ABA practice and brings an additional real-world perspective to the owners and organizations she advises.
